Defining your Value Propostion
There are lots of tools and ways to help map out what value you offer to a particular group.
I like to tap into the Strategyer method as it’s an easy-to-follow guide that clients can do with their teams.
By figuring out how to alleviate a customer’s pain point, you can establish the value and message best for that group.
You can use the template at the end, or as I do, use the findings to create a set of statements to test. Either way, it’s a great way to get the post-it notes out and get the team busy.
